are many different methods of alternative medicine with the most

a particular ailment.
Homeopathy is based on the laws of similar
meaning that a medicine can cure an ailment if it can cause similar
symptoms. Ayurveda is an ancient Indian system combining preventative
and medical remedies with diet, yoga and meditation practices. Chinese
medicine is a complete system which has been practiced in China
for over 2000 years, it is a combination of acupuncture, herbs and
food cures and aims at the balance of Yin and Yang. Yoga and meditation
have also been used for centuries in many different cultures and
in recent years have become very popular in the west for relaxation
